Q.2 Amount quoted by all eligible bidders.
Ans. The Integrated E-filing and CPC2.0 project cost was determined through an open tender based on the Ll criteria. The tender was published on Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP).
Q.3 Term and conditions of the contract.
Ans. The Integrated E-filing and CPC2.0 project cost was determined through an open tender based on the Ll criteria. The tender was published on Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP).

4. if the applicant feels aggrieved by the above order, he may file an appeal within 30 days of receipt of this order before the Appellate Authority being the Addl. Director of Income Tax(5) – 3(3), ARA Centre, Ground Floor, E-2, Jhandewalan Extension, New Delhi — 110055.

    Our late filings penalized by the Dept. But now they are doing like this. Now whom to penalize. These all will come to the head of tax payers and works come to shoulders of tax professionals. Very sad.

    Need to file an appeal to AA as the answer given is stereo type and not in line with queries.

    Further, if no particulars are received it may be taken up with CIC, New Delhi as second AA.
