2. CBDT’s Office Order No. 158 of 2019 dated 20.09.2018, issued from even file number, is hereby cancelled as far as it concerns Shri Anupam Srivastava, ITO in Mumbai Region.
3. The above transfers/postings shall not have any effect on the All India Inter-se-seniority of Income Tax Officers concerned.
4. On transfer, the above ITO’s shall not be entitled for TA/DA.
5. The compliance reports regarding relieving/ joining of the above officers shall be forwarded by the Pr. CCIT (CCA) concerned to the Board by 18.01.2019.
