It is hereby notified for general information that the following scientific research programme has been approved for the period specified below for the purposes of sub-section (2A) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, by the prescribed authority, the Secretary, Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi :
Scientific Research Acredynamic Stability test of two tall Programme : Chimneys (wind tunnel experiments).

(b) Sponsored at : Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Date of commencement : May, 1974.
Date of completion : May, 1975.
Estimated expenditure : Rs. 1,00,000.
The Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, where the above programme has been sponsored has been approved under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, vide Ministry of Finance Notification No. 150 (F. No. 11/7/69–ITA.II) dated the 5th November, 1969
