Hi,
My refund cheque for the AY-2008-09, has returnded back due to address change, when tried to update the detail on CPC service, i dont see the option for AY-2008-09, could someone please assist me on the same.
I want to make one floor gift to my son of my 4 story commercial building. Pls tell me what is the proceedure and any gift tax applicable to me and how much.
