बेहतरीन निर्णय कोर्ट के द्वारा दिया गया है जिसमें याची की परेशानी को समझा गया और कर निर्धारण अधिकारियों द्वारा मनगढ़ तरीके से बनाया गया लगभग ₹ चौदह करोड़ की डिमांड को निरस्त किया गया है
हालांकि पचास लाख रुपए का जुर्माना बहुत ही कम अमाउंट है इन टैक्स ऑफिशियल्स लोगों पर उतना ही जुर्माना होना चाहिए जितने की यह अवैध वसूली करना चाह रहे थे यदि ₹ चौदह करोड़ इन्हें अपनी जेब से देने पर जाएं तभी यह एसेसी की पीड़ा को समझ सकेंगे और भविष्य में इस प्रकार की खुराफात अन्य कर अधिकारी भी करने से बचेंगे।
