Form 26AS Can Be Verified And Seen By Different Modes As Below:-
Through Logging in at e-filing portal.
♦ Login to e-filing portal at www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
♦ Go to ‘my account’.
♦ View ‘Form 26AS (Tax Credit)’.
♦ Confirm to redirect to “TDS TRACES CPC’ website.
♦ Click on “View Tax Credit (Form 26AS)’
♦ Select “Assessment Year” and “Download format”.
♦ Click to “View/Download”
Through Net Banking Account of the Assessee.
- Login to your Net banking account.
- Click on “Tax Credit (View Form 26AS)”.
- Confirm your PAN Details.
- Click on “View Form 26AS”.
Through login to Traces Portal.
- Login to “Traces website at http://www.tdscpc.govin“
- Create your login credentials and Register as new user and choose Tax Payer.
- Login to your Traces by using the above login credentials.
- Enter your Login Details.
Note- Password to open downloaded Form 26AS (pdf format)- is your date of birth in ddmmyy format without any space and special characters For example — if an assessee’s date of birth/incorporation is 01/01/1980, then the password shall be “01011980”.
