Once connected, Press 7 to speak to CPC executive on the IVR response. — can request for Intimation u/s 143(1) and 154 on e-Filing application. Under which conditions, assessee needs to contact CPC Bangalore?

    I had so many time post above mentioned reference of ITR – V , but I am shocked the till date status has been shown ” ITR-V REJECTED” because the reason is “FILING DATE HAS EXCEEDED THE DUE DATE” , kindly requested to please process ITR-V A.Y. 2011-12 (herewith attached)and issue the refund & oblige.

    The claim of CPC as reported in the Economic Times dated 25.06.2013 that the period of processing time has been brought down to 65 days from 12 month may be correct. But i am sorry to state that more than 25% of the processing done is not correct. Vague objections are raised, the refunds issued are not correct, no interest is allowed, the income shown is voluntarily enhanced, old demands are wrongly adjusted, correct amount of TDS is not allowed. This all leads to lot of harassment to the assesses. Some mechanism has to be adopted to avoid the above mistakes.

    I received refund cheque No; 264173 Dated 201/6/2013for Rs.5980/-of SBI, CMPC, Mumbai for the year 2012-13. Tax refund order is noted as CMPS 1865712.
    Actually I filed my return claiming refund of Rs.7990/- against which I received RS.5980/- now. I have not received any assessed refund statement, could you kindly verify and arrange for making refund of difference of amount claimed paid, If I am really eligible?

My Income Tax return for the period of 1/4/2010 to 31/3/2011 relevant to assessment year 2011-12 was filed electronically vide E-filing Acknowledgement Number 388023940230512, dated 23/5/2012 declaring net income of 2,22,450-/-
    As the electronically filed return for assessment year 2011-12 on 23/5/12 was rejected by the income tax department , as the signed income tax return verification form was not deposited within the stipulated period. So the manual return declaring the same income was filed vide receipt number 055170413001240 dated 17/4/2013 for the assessment year 2011-12.
    I want to feel sincere apology for late submission of my Income Tax Return 2011-12, as the status of my file stands rejected on the net site of ITR department. My son had applied study visa for Australia and due to this status of the ITR file his visa is rejected and he cannot apply any further for the period of 3years. We need to clarify the objection on our ITR so that we may approach the Australian Embassy and get the rejection on the visa removed and this needs to be done as soon as possible because we cannot afford the gap of a year in his study. Please except my Manual Return and do the needful to improve the status of my ITR 2011-12 from rejected to processed.
    It’s a humble request that please pay attention to my apology and my request. We will be very glad and thankful to you.

    Sir, this is regarding the miscalculation of REFUND and Demand on income tax, and need correction on the same.
    Subject: 1) Refund order was generated on 29/07/2009 by IT office, and later Gross salary was wrongly rectified (not matching with Salary details in Form 16 leading to inconvenience and grievance). Letter written to Warn 4 A.O in Bangalore and not responded. Speed post copy is attached.
    2) Transfer of Ward for PAN no: AIZPK1465A, from Bangalore to Gurgaon
    My ward no should be changed from Bangalore to Gurgaon as my residence address in PAN card record and my salary sources are from Gurgaon. My address is House no 16, Sector 23, Gurgaon. Please initiate the transfer earliest.
    I am salaried professional and have attached my FORM 16 as per Income from Source.
    1) On 29/07/2009 my REFUND order of Amount 74,411/- was generated by Income Tax department which was not understood.. and neither had I received any REFUND or correction inspite of correspondence.
    2) However as per Form 16, My correct tax is deposited.. I have attached the form 16, and form 26 AS,
    3) Filed rectified return in 2012 with gross salary as 1006787/- and taxable income 74411/-
    Now in the new demand, wrong Income is taken which is not matching the FORM 16 AND THE RETURN MODIFICATION FILED, Please correct the income as per form 16 and send the updated letter.

    I have written many letters to Bangalore including REcfication and grievance letter,

    Sir,

    It is respectfully submitted that the above mentioned assessee filed its income tax return declaring income at Rs. 2,29,980/- has been adjusted as demand created for the year 2009-10.
    However, it is submitted that there is no such demand pending for assessment year 2009-10. This is because there was a refund of Rs. 62580/- to the assessee in the assessment year 2009-10. Thus, there was not any demand and hence the adjustment of demand for the assessment year 2009-10 in the refund of assessment year 2011-12 is erroneous and is need to be rectified. Hence, the amount of Rs. 14540/- which has been deducted by mistake should be paid to the assessee as early as possible.
    An earlier action will be highly appreciated.

    Ii is respectfully submitted that in the above mentioned case the assessee had filed his return of income for A.y. 2008-09 according to which a refund of Rs. 16,880/- was due.
    sir, a refund amounting the Rs. 16,880/- was received by the assessee but due to the expiry of cheque the same could not be encashed and the same was sent back in the month of November 2008 to your Bombay office from where the cheque was received.
    we have not heard anything so far from Bombay office in this regard despite so many reminders to them.
    Under these circumstances the above mentioned petitioner have sought your Honor’s intervention and accordingly we pray that suitable action may be taken at your end so as to expedite the issue of fresh valid refund to above mentioned of assessee.
    All the authorities are being moved simultaneously so as to expedite the disposal of this petition.

    with due respect I beg to state that I inspector/GD mukesh kumar presently posted in 42nd INDO TIBETAN BORDER POLICE FORCE 212/213 unmade heritage defense lab road ratanada jodhpur Rajasthan . in this regard it is intimated that I have e- filling IRT in the month of july 2012 for the A.Y 2011-12. on 23/10/2012 my refundable cheque dispatched by your office through speed post vide letter no.CMPQ7185991 and speed post no is EU781951705N this ibid cheque not (not) received to me till date.

    after that I saw o n my income tax refund status and found that above cheque cancelled by your branch due to my incorrect address. hence it is therefore requested to again issue the cheque on priority basis on my following address.
