I am supposed to get a refund of Rs.42399/ for the assessment year 2010-2011.
When I checked the status its showing “Adjusted against outstanding demand. (CIN-BSR code 0004329 Challan deposit date – 16122011 Challan Sequence no – 03459)”.
But there were no outstanding due from my side and I haven’t received any communication regarding this. Every year tax was getting dedcuted from my salry and there were no dues.

Sub: Demand under CPC Order Reference No. CPC/1213/P1/1304501287 dated 06-2013
May I write this in response to your communication Reference No. CPC/1213/D1/1304501287 dated 07-08-2013 regarding amount of Rs. 13600/- as ‘ outstanding’ for the assessment year 2012-13.
Soon after receiving the E-filing acknowledgement No. 422246351220712 and information about outstanding amount to be paid by me, I contacted the State Bank of India, ISM Branch, Dhanbad to rectify their statement about the mismatch of TDS related to my account.
The Bank had deducted Rs 19082/- towards TDS but deposited Rs 1684/- only. It has not reconciled its statement of the deductions of Rs 17398/-, as evident from the enclosed TDS certificate issued to me.
I have approached the Bank officials several times, and they have been assuring me of appropriate action in the matter.
Therefore, till the Bank reconciles/rectifies their statement of tax already deducted for the assessment year 2012-13, I request you to allow the credit of the income tax of Rs 17398/-, and not to consider me a defaulter.

According to my form 16A there is nature of payment is 194J – Fees for Professional or Technical Services”. I have filled ITR1 form and also send dualy signed ITR v form to incomtax department, and they have also send me accepting or receiving mail. But someone said me that I have filled wrong ITR form. I shuld be filled ITR4 form. Will I fill ITR 4 revised???
I want to know that now what will I do? Please suggest me.

I, Hari Om Mittal age 71 year PAN ABMPM 1425E, and my wife Madhu Mittal age 63 years PAN ABMPM 1439L, did file return as efiling for assessment year 2011-12.
Our partial IT refund is due as the TDS deductor-Post office Gurgaon and Canara bank Gurgaon did deduct TDS issued form 16A but never got posted in 26AS.
I approached to Commissioner Income tax Gurgaon with entire record as form 16A copy of return CPC order for balance of IT refund in April 2012. The It office has been kind enough and asked the verification from above both deductors a certificate u/s 133(6), which they received in reply with copy to us.. Thereafter the ITO Gurgaon wrote letter to CPC on 08-04-13 vide letter no F.No.ITO/W-ii(1)/GGN/2013-14 asking the file on ITD.
The TDS deductors never yielded our requests which we made unlimited times in person and in writing also.
Respected sir we are old age couple-I am a patient of Psorasis in both feet and glaucoma in both eyes and a patient of AIIMS New Delhi for last many years.
Respected sir, it is our endless efforts that we are doing to get the balance IT refund, going to IT officials and TDS deductors.
Since right now we noticed your address, as such we are approaching your good office with request for getting out IT refund
