Today we have published our article on Proposed Form in respect of Audit required under GST Laws Circulating on Social Media, which was not a official release from any authority. Now Indirect Taxes Committee of ICAI has come with a Clarification that “ICAI is drafting a format for GST audit (Form 9C) for submission to the Government for their consideration. The same is proposed to be submitted by April, 2018 and what is moving on what’s up or Social Media is not the proposed one.”

Mr. A is a manufacturer and wholesaler and registered under GST , transfer raw material intra-state, of value less than 50000.00 and some time more than 50000.00 from my main business place to another business premises ( own workshop) or to Job work (unregistered ) within the limit of 10Km with in state .
Q- Is e- way bill mandatory in above all cases for out going and incoming ?.
