The following steps are required to be followed by the GST taxpayer for changing of email and mobile number of Primary authorized signatory at GST portal:

Step-1: Login to GST portal (www.gst.gov.in/) with your user id and password.

Step-2: Click on the Services>Registration>Amendment of Registration non-core field.

Step-3: Click on the authorized signatory tab.

Step-4: click on Edit button on added primary signatory

Step-5: Enter the email/mobile no to be updated.

Step-6: OTP box will be opened- Enter the OTP received

Step-7:  Go to verification tab and submit the application by signing the form by existing list of authorized signatory

Step-8: Click on Services>User Services>view my submisions and validate Non-Core Amendment (REG-14) ARN generated or not

Step-9: If ARN get generated the amendment for Email/Mobile for primary authorized signatory is done.

Step-10: If ARN not generated go back to Services>User Services> My saved application and resubmit form in case submission status is “validation error”

HOW TO CHANGE EMAIL AND PHONE ON GST PORTAL

Now, if a taxpayer wants to edit email Id / mobile no. of primary authorized signatory, he can do this by using following steps at GST portal ( www.gst.gov.in)

    if regular customer change his GSTN .and we need to issue credit note of previous sale material sales return in current period .and customer was surrender previous gstn ,so what we can do

    If I don’t have login credentials, then how could I change my email and mobile.

    My CA is not ready to give it to me my login details and he updated his own email id. Mobile number is mine, but OTP for user name is sent on registered email.

    So how could I change email account without login?

    Please help out

    In step 5, I am not able to update Mobile and E-Mail ID… It seems to be read only field.. Please suggest how to change Mobile and E-Mail..

    This option is not working in one director company. Have u tried that if a company have only one director & same authorised signatory then how we will change it ?
