Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the results of the Company Secretaries (CS) Examinations for the December 2024 session. Results for both Professional and Executive Programmes (Syllabus 2017 & 2022) were declared on February 25, 2025, in New Delhi and are available at www.icsi.edu. Examinees of the Executive Programme can download their e-Result-cum-Marks Statement from the website.
In the Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017), pass percentages were 35.81% (Module I), 34.09% (Module II), and 36.20% (Module III). Kashish Gupta from Delhi secured the All-India First Rank. For the Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022), 30.40% cleared Group I, and 31.39% cleared Group II, with Yashee Dharam Mehta from Thane securing the top rank.
For the Executive Programme (Syllabus 2017), pass percentages were 28.64% (Module I) and 27.52% (Module II), with Mukunda M G from Bengaluru achieving the top rank. In the Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022), 15.91% passed Group I, and 19.74% passed Group II, with Khushboo Kunwar from Udaipur securing All-India First Rank.
The next CS examinations for Professional and Executive Programmes will be held from June 1 to June 10, 2025. Online enrolment for the exams, along with fee payment, will begin on February 26, 2025.

RESULT OF COMPANY SECRETARIES EXAMINATIONS DECEMBER, 2024 SESSION
The result of Company Secretaries Examinations for Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017 & Syllabus 2022) and Executive Programme (Syllabus 2017 & Syllabus 2022), December, 2024 Session has been declared today, i.e., the 25th February, 2025 at New Delhi and released to all the Regional and Chapter Offices of the Institute throughout the country for information of all concerned. In addition to making available the result along with subject-wise break-up of marks on the Institute’s website – www.icsi.edu , the ICSI has extended the facility of downloading of e-Result-cum-Marks Statement by the Examinees of Executive Programme Examination.
