As per GST Provisions, most of the Exporters were falling under BOND compliance (as per Circular 2/2/2017Circular 4/4/2017Notification No. 16/2017), due to which a lot of hurdle is being faced by the Exporters,

So now new NOTIFICATION 37/2017 is issued providing a major relief to exporters by allowing Letter of Undertaking to all Registered Persons except those who have been prosecuted for any offence under the CGST Act or the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 or any of the existing laws and the amount of tax evaded in such cases exceeds two hundred and fifty lakh rupees (Rs. 2.5 Crores).

For more details & COMPLETE EXPORT Procedure, you can watch a VIDEO (YouTube Video Link below mentioned) covering all major aspects & terms & conditions.
