    To ADD:
Suggest to publish also the format, if any, so far prescribed for the CA to adopt and issue the certifcate.
In issuing a certificate, obviously, the CA should prudently take the utmost care and satisfy himself that the certified data, etc., totally tally and suffers from no mismatch with the other cost accounting and finacial accounting records of supplier-client, which of couse, are required toi be audited for the purpose of statutory audit report, tax audit report, so on ?!

  4. vswami says:

On the first blush, it is clear that from the viewpoint of the recipient of service (or supply) , all the requisite dcumentation, especially those as set out in respect of
“2 Invoicing documentation ” , under items Nos. 2.1 to 2.17, might have to be diligently and scrupulously insisted upon to be produced, for full verification and satsfaction . and, if so done, the recipients’ ‘rghts and interests’- manily the entitlement for iTC from his supplier, would be safeguarded, and adequately taken care of. – AGREE !

In Short, with conscious focus thereon, there should be no difficulty or unwarranted fear, both in the minds of the supplier and anyone else intimately concerned- such as advising / assisting professiionals (mainly CAs)- on the being debated point as to what which of the two alternatives (out of the two rates -i.e. 8 % or 5%) should be prudently chosen and adopted in respect of all ‘onging/ under cnstruction / housing cmplexes).

CR Refer > Prev. Posts in which the other aspects which ought to be necessarily factored in and inevitably borne in mind by supplier (s) – both INPUT nd OUTPUT !

Anyone with other but distinct straight forward / well -considered thoughts to spare and independently share ?!
