I am directed to invite your attention to Circular No. 54/54/94-CX dated 6th September , 1994 on the above subject.

2. After para 2 of the said circular, the following line may be added : 

“Hoever, they are free to bring to the notice of the Assistant Collector their disagreement, if any, with the approved classification list.
