Notification No. 120/2008-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, the 12th November, 2008

S.O.  (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:-

(i) the Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai,

(ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra,

(iii) the Commissioner of Customs, New Custom House, Manglore, and

(iv) the Joint Commissioner, In charge Bond Section, Maritime Commissioner, Mumbai – I,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to M/s Park Organics Limited, 37/B, Sumati nagar, S.V.Road, Kandivali (W), Mumbai – 67 issued vide, F.No. DRI/BZU/F/04/2005/6690 to 6708, dated the 21st August, 2007, by the Additional Director General, Directorate General of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
