Notification NO. 105/2007-CUSTOMS (N.T.)

                        New Delhi, dated the 17th October, 2007.                             

 G.S.R.       (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 61/1994-Customs (N.T.), G.S.R. 828 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-

 In the said notification in the table, against the serial number 11,  in column (3), after the entry (c) and corresponding entry relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be  inserted, namely:-

Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods”

The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide Notification No.61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November 1994 [S.O. No.828 (E), dated the 21st November 1994] and was last amended vide Notification No.78/2006- Customs (N.T.) dated the 4th July 2006.
