Notification No. 69/2004-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c)  of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 63/94-CUSTOMS(NT), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-

In the said notification, in the table annexed thereto, against serial number 2 relating to Bangladesh, against item number (50) relating to Barsora occurring in column (3), in column (4), for item number (a) and the entries relating thereto , the following item number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

” (a)  Cherragaon (India) to Cherragaon (Bangladesh)”.

Note:    The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India vide notification No. 63/94-CUSTOMS (NT), dated the 21st November, 1994 (S.O. 830(E), dated the 21st November, 1994) and was last amended by notification No. 51/2002-CUSTOMS (NT), dated the 6th August, 2002.
