If a person is interest in issuing digital signature, then they have to contact Digital Signature issuing agency with following documents:

1. PAN Card

2. Aadhar Card

3. Mail id

4. Mobile Number

5. Photo (Applicable in Some Cases)

On the basis of these documents, your digital signature issuance application will be submitted and a unique application number will be allotted to you. After that, a Video verification link will be sent on registered mail id. You have to click on that video verification link and have to do Video verification. After successful video verification, you digital signature will be issued.
