    Mharashtra, Uttar Pradesh government has declared sufficient rate for land acquisition. Why Narendra Modi Government hesitate to give sufficient rate to farmers. It shame to BJP ruling government that DFC has declared 36.26 Rs/Sq meter rate. I can’t buy handkerchief of this amount.
    I suggest that pls buy agriculture land from anywhere with this rate. We are ready to take against land acquired by DFC.

    Mineral drinking water bottle price is 15.00 RS & land acquisition rate declared 36.00 Rs per sq meter, it is shameful for us & totally injustice to valsad farmers.We are ready to give our agriculture land for dedicated freight corridor but with appropriate rate not with poor & cheaper rate.We could not buy other agriculture land with rate 36.00 Rs per sq meter,we have to pay more average @2500-3000 Rs sq meter.
    This is 21st century to looted & cheated farmers.This is progress.Progress for some of the peoples in India & always injustice to common man why?? Here common man is Farmer.Farmers is God for India because India is KHETIPRADHAN DESH & injustice to farmers. MERA BHARAT MAHAN IN THIS WAY.
    Please declare revise & reasonable/appripriate (market rate) to farmers by dedicated freight corridor.

    I would like to discuss one case study of Valsad farmer those are going to loss their agriculture land in Dedicated Freight Corridor with cheapest rate in Valsad District. However in Bilimora town which is very near to Valsad Distict their Bilimora farmers have received appropriate amount so why are big gap between two cities.Two years back Bilimora was the part of Valsad Dist & joined with Navsari Dist after Navsari is declared Dist.
    I describe as below.
    I Shailesh Desai, son of farmer Harshadrai Desai ,staying at Haria Village, Valsad Dist. Pin 390620,Gujarat State.
    This is for your information & doing to needful & helping to Valsad Dist. farmers.
    Our agriculture land valuation id done by local authority & put rate 36.26 Rs per sq meter ( thirty six rupees & twenty six paisa only). It is totally INJUSTICE & not acceptable to farmers. However in last year ( 11 Oct. 2011) they have given rate 2600.00 Rs per sq. meter ( two thousand six hundreds rupees only) to Bilimora Town farmers. & more or equivalent rate given to Surat Dist.
    It is totally injustice to Valsad farmers. We are going to loss our golden property as agriculture land. We are against this rate & protest this valuation. We decided to not accept this rate 36.26 Rs per sq. meter for Valsad Dist.
    Where Dedicated freight Corridor & JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) declared that rate will be given as RAA 2008 act (Railway Amendment Act) on market price .Local authority has applied old act.Why they have not applied market rate for Valsad Dist & applied for Bilimora Dist.
    Why too much gap between Valsad & Bilimora town where Bilimora is very near to Valsad.
    I heard that too much corruption took place at various places like Bilimora & Surat Dist.
    Why should we give our Golden agricuture land at cheapest rate.
    Valsad Dist. authority, JICA & Dedicated Freight Corridor team want to recover amount which distributed in Bilimora & surat in year 2011. This totally injustice to Valsad farmers.
    I request you to take this as case study & give justice to Valsad farmers. I have full trust in our laws. Please do as earliest because Valsad authority is going to acquire land shortly.

    Sir, even Valsad Local Authority ( Retired shri Collector) did not reply of our number of application given for objection. They trying to acquire land by power & without answers. Our Agriculture land (mango & chikoo farm) price in my village-Haria ( Survey No 376 & 377) is about 1500-1700 Rs per Sq Meter.

    Here i am not going to sell willingly my agriculture land to Dedicated Freight Corridor that’s why they have to give more or appropriate rate.If i would sell my agriculture land willingly than 1500-1700 Rs per sq meter would be reasonable & give me happiness. But here i am going to give my land by force & this my land with me since 1947 (before that).

    Bilimora farmer is going to sell their mango at rate 900 Rs per 20 kg & while i m going to sell my mango to same place with same amount 900 Rs per 20 kg. Merchant is applying same rate for Valsad (Haria village) Bilimora. He never say i m giving you 200 Rs per Kg & you are coming from Haria Valsad not Bilimora.

    Pls help me in this matter & give solution. Some persons advised us that take money whatever announced by DFC & file a case against DFC & you people will win definitely. Than i argued why should we go for arbitrators. It is waste of everybody time.Why they will declared amount after case. It will better to give reasonable rate right now & avoid waste of time of court & farmers & so many peoples who are involved. Some of the advocates met us & they demanded 20 % fees after winning case & he has full confident for victory & also saying within 8 months ( max) you will get reasonable or unbelievable amount.

    SO PLEASE I HUMBLY REQUEST YOU TO HANDLE THIS CASE & HOLD THIS MATTER AT VALSAD ZONE & GIVE JUSTICE TO FARMERS. THIS IS NOT COMPLAINTS BUT REQUEST TO YOU.
