    Yes that is how these lethargic deptts. og Govt / PSUs could be alerted UNLESS the concerned (delaying) officials have vested interest to get such SLPs dismissed for benefitting respondants and at the same time, let advocates on panel earn lavishly from public exchequer by charging for filing etc. for such dismissable matters;
