You may be aware that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs is going live with MCA21 V3 system with 09 Company e-forms* on 31 August 2022 at 12:00 AM. In view of the same, filings for the said 09 e-forms will be stopped on the current MCA21 V2 system from 15 August 2022, at 12:00 AM and the same will resume on MCA21 V3 system from 31 August 2022 at 12:00 AM. As part of the revised process, for undertaking any e-filing service or DSC registration/association service, it is a pre-requisite that the user is registered as a “Business User” on the MCA21 portal. The process to upgrade/create your account as Business User is explained in detail in the FAQ and webinars hosted on Please access the same and upgrade/create your Business User accounts on MCA21 Portal for a smooth e-filing experience.

Further, before registering on new portal please note following points:

a) If you are an existing MCA users & have a valid “user Id” and “password” to transact on MCA portal. Please login using existing id

b) Once you have successfully logged in, please go to profile update page on the top right corner under user name. It will show details of your existing accounts such as type of user and personal details

c) If your user type is “Registered”, please edit your profile to become Business User – Director/Designated Partner

d) If you are new to MCA portal, please register as a business user under “Director/Designated Partner” role by following the registration process

Once you are registered as Business user – Director/Designated Partner role, another important step, we request you to complete is, to associate your DSC. Please go to MCA Services-> go to FO Services ->click on DSC association service
