Amendments made by Central Government in the notification by exercising the power conferred under section 210A of the companies Act 1956

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th October, 2007

S.O.1745(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 210-A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India, in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (then Ministry of Company Affairs), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated the 9th March, 2007, vide number S.O. 339 (E) dated the 9th March, 2007, namely :—

In the said notification, at serial number (4), for the words‑

“Shri Dhananjay V. Joshi,

President of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India”,

the following words shall be substituted, namely :—

“Shri Chandra Wadhwa,

President of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India”.
