Change of Examination Centers for November 2010 CA Exams
Due to paucity of accommodation in some Zones opted by the candidates in the cities of Bangalore, Chennai , Delhi, Indore and Kolkata, some of the candidates have been allotted examinations centres in other zones of the said cities where the accommodation is available. In view of this, it is not possible to accede to the requests of the candidates for transfer to an examination centre in a particular zone of the city opted by them.
While inconvenience caused in the mater is deeply regretted, we seek the valuable cooperation from the ICAI students and their stakeholders in the regard.

Since you can yourself see that this thing is happening time and again in every examinations taking place.
I have learned that about more than 1000 students from east delhi zone were shifted to far flung areas of Pitampura, Pashchim Vihar, Janakpuri without considering the plight of the students who are busy with their studies which generally gather pace at the last moments of the examinations.
These students were thinking that the ICAI will do everything possible to keep their examination centre within the zone opted by them.
I have faced problem are arranging drop and pick facility for my daughter to appear for IPCC examinations recently held.
I had to spent my whole day as I have to start early keeping in mind the traffic situations in delhi and had to remain their at the restaurant near the centre as it was wastage of time in coming back and again going to the centre to pick my daughter.
I am not able to know what are the reasons for which our great ICAI could not arrange for an extra centre to adjust the flow of which was in excess of capacity arranged by the ICAI…???
Why more than 1000 students were forced to waste their precious time and money along with the time and money of their parents instead of one office bearer taking some pain of searching one more examination centre in the zone itself…??
Is anybody answerable…??? or does anybody care for students…???
