We invite sealed quotation for appointment of C.A. firms for identification of ‘Operational Risk’ of our Banking transactions. Basically, Bank is an Apex Co-operative Bank providing finance & allied services to DCCBs, Co-operative Sugar Factories, Co-operative Spinning Mills, Urban Co-operative Bank, Co-operative Processing & Marketing units and Other Co-operatives etc. The finance provided in various types viz. Working Capital Limit, Project Finance, Term Loans and Regular Banking business along with Treasury and International Banking Business. Bank is having Head Office at Fort, Mumbai and One Administrative Office in Vashi, Navi Mumbai and 31 Branches & 2 Extension Counter in Mumbai, 1 Branch & 1 Extension Counter in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, 11 Branches in Nagpur, 1 Branch each in Akola, Amravati & Aurangabad. Also 4 Regional Offices, 2 Pay Offices and 8 Divisional Offices in prime cities in Maharashtra. All information regarding Banking Business & the details of network and working is also available on our website.

Work Specification :

A To identify Operational Risks in the banking transactions of MSCB

A To measure and classify the risks

A To suggest the controlling system of Operational Risks to minimize the same

A To suggest the measures for avoiding risks in day to day operations.

The Terms & Conditions are as below :

1]     The appointment will be on contract basis

2]     The application must be received upto  14 July 2012

3]     Bank reserve all rights for accepting and / or refusing application.

4]     C.A. firm should furnish declaration of fidelity & secrecy in the prescribed format.

5]     A secrecy bond should be submitted in the Bank’s prescribed format.

6]     Additional information can be sought from the bank.
