It is a bare truth that chartered Accountant profession needs progressive dimension of running a successful Audit firm. Another truth is that in today’s national scene It is time that with the visualization & aspiration, every individual or sole proprietor should create new avenues and be ready to successfully administer his or her practice. My vision is not an extravagance, but an essential role in shaping the sole proprietor firms.
As you are aware, ICAI has recently approved the new syllabi for CA Course, focusing on the industry and practical requirement. The syllabus is likely to be effective from 2016, subject to the Central Government approval. Kindly note, as clarified by the Institute, the existing scheme would not be immediately discontinued post notification of the new scheme and it is expected that the existing and new would continue for a few exams.
ICAI on 06.07.2015 announced the new Scheme of Education and Training for CA Course. In regard to the General Amnesty Scheme for retrospective restoration of membership which was extended upto 15th May, 2015 vide Announcement dated 5th May, 2015 on the website of the Institute, it is hereby clarified that under the said amnesty scheme, the names of only those members would be included in the List of Members as on 1.4.2015

Submission of suggestions on forms other than ITR – ICAI was requested to submit the suggestions on forms other than ITRs. In this regard, the Committee has submitted the suggestions in two parts: a) Suggestions on Formats of Form Nos. 3CA/3CB/3CD b) Suggestions on Format of other forms like Form No. 3CEB, 10CCB, 15CA etc.
