I am a qualified chartered accountant. Founder and managing partner of NRSR&Co, Manipal. Expertise in Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Project financing, Trust, Society, Banking & Co-operative society. Did my internship/articleship under Ramesh Rao & Associates. Also worked as associate with S S Rao & Associates, Chartered Accountants in Bangalore. Attended and completed the Certification course on GST conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Basically a research oriented person. Specialised in Indirect Taxation and startup consulting. Providing services like book keeping, tax planning, audits, certifications, litigation in direct and indirect tax, Internal audits, registration of Company, trust, society , co-operative society, partnerships. And also engaged in Subsidy related works. Also enagaged in training of semi skilled graduates and CA/CS/CMA/ACCA interns in the filed of taxation and book keeping with unique and hybrid way of working and learning experience.
