Every Director holding a DIN as on 31st March of a financial year is required to file the DIR-3 KYC form through the MCA V3 Portal. Foreign directors must ensure they have a valid Class 3 DSC, and their documents, including Passport, PAN, and Aadhar (if available), must be notarized and apostilled/consularized. Step:1 Login into MCA V3 Portal

Step: 2 After login open the form DIR-3KYC Web or DIR-3 FORM

Step: 3 After that fill the required details in the application and mention the passport no., PAN and Aadhar.

Step: 4 Attach the required documents like aadhar, PAN and Passport and it must be certified by applicant and professionals.

Step: 5 File the application form and Download the Challan
