Jamshedpur Chartered Accountants Society has made a representation to Finance Minister on Relaxation urgently required in Audit Compliance due to outbreak of COVID-19 once again in the whole country. They requested that due dates of filing various Audit Reports for the financial year 2020-2021 to be extended at least by two months from existing due date of 15th January 2022.

We the Jamshedpur Chartered Accountants Society was form with the object to assist the professionals and to resolve the common problems being faced by the the tax professionals
As you may be aware that the entire country is facing the pandemic situation and it is getting worse day by day. We the professionals community is also getting affected by in large numbers. In fact, many of our member’s their families and Associate working with them are are turning positive and it has become very difficult to work in this pandemic situation.
The due dates of filing various Audit Reports for the financial year 2020-2021 is on 15th January 2022 which need to be extended at least by two months.
The various changes in 3cd audit schema and other issues getting worse in working with new software.
We therefore request you to to kindly consider our request and extend the dates for filing tax audit reports till 31 St March 2022 and provide some relief to the stakeholders.
