In continuation of this office Notification No. 5187 (F. No. 203/179/82–ITA. II) dated 18th May, 1983, it is hereby notified for general information that the concern mentioned below has been approved by the Central Board of Direct Taxes for the purposes of carrying out the work in connection with the preparation of the feasibility report or the preparation of project report or conducting market survey for the business of an assessee, as is referred to it in sub-clauses (i) to (iii) of clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 35D of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
