I want to file ITR of my client, whose permanent address is of Gujrat but currently working at Delhi. So whether his return be considered as belated return or filed within due date as date extended for Gujrat?
It will be more better if the due date is extended for all assesses not for the state of Gujarat only, because efilling site is not not working well for last three days.
WHY? every states are suffering from problems. In some cases much more than Gujrat. Is this another way to pay tribute to Mr.Narendra Modi?
