The VAT Department of Delhi Government vide Notification No. F. 7(450)Policy/VAT/2014/455-466 dated November 5, 2014had withdrawn the requirement filing of information related to Statutory Forms online in Form CD-1 with effect from March 5, 2014.

Form CD-1 is a Central Declaration Form which contains following information: –

  1. Central Declaration Forms received against the stock transfer or
  2. Central sales made on concessional rates,
  • Central Declaration Forms missing and tax deposited on account of missing forms etc.

This was effective for all quarters beginning April 1, 2011 onwards.

NOTIFICATION

I, Sanjeev Khirwar, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 70 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 ( Delhi Act 3 of 2005), do hereby withdraw the filing of information related to statutory forms online in Form CD-1 notified vide Notification No.F.7(450)/Policy/VAT/2012/336-347 dated 12/07/2012 with effect from 05/03/2014.
