QRDER NO. 99 OF 2016
The following postings / transfers in the grade of Additional Commissioner of Income Tax / Joint Commissioner of Income Tax are, hereby, ordered with immediate effect and until further orders.-
2. However, the transfer order in respect of officers deployed on active duly as observers would be effective only after completion of the electoral process.
3. The compliance report regarding relieving I joining of above officers shall be forwarded by the Pr. CCIT
concerned to the Board and the Database Cell at www dbc.cbdt@incometaxindia.gov.in by 3rd June, 2016
