As 2015 Diwali memories have clinched to our memory storehouse and with CA exams being recently concluded a few weeks back, I ponder over how tough it must have been for the guys who were battling it out in the examination hall defying all odds when others were busy celebrating, including me.
We have all been through the rigours of pursuing CA and we know how tough it is to handle various situations which need us to push our limits beyond our capabilities. We can put forward several such examples to prove it like studying late night hours (burning the midnight oil), being dedicated to our task and putting all our efforts all throughout to clear the exams in the very next attempt

However Rules framed under Finance Act, 1994 have defined the term Export of Service and if the conditions mentioned therein are satisfied only than the benefits are available.
