Attention is invited to the provisions of section 73 D of the Finance Act, 1994. Both the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Cess Act, 1985 and Agricultural Produce Cess Act, 1940 have since been repealed on 01.06.2006 and 25.09.2006 respectively.
