(a) Trimethoprim, originating in, or exported from, People’s Republic of China had been exported to India below normal value, resulting in dumping; (b) the domestic industry has suffered material injury; (c) the material injury has been caused by the imports from People’s Republic of China;
The sub-committee should meet at least twice each quarter to review the actions taken to implement the SEBI’s Inspection Reports. Sub-committee’s reports should be put up to the Board of the exchange.
