Pilot-in-Command may permit the access of internet services by passengers on board an aircraft in flight, through Wii-Fi on board, when laptop, smartphone, tablet, smartwatch, e-reader or a point of sale device is used in flight mode or airplane mode:
1. These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020. 2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Employees’ Pension (Amendment) Scheme, 2020- 12B. Restoration to normal pension in cases of grant of commutation. – The normal pension in respect of those members who availed the benefit of commutation of pension under the erstwhile paragraph 12A of this Scheme, on or before the 25th day of September, 2008, shall be restored after completion of fifteen years from the date of such commutation.
(1) These rules may be called the Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2020. (2) They shall come into force with effect from the 23rd February, 2020.
i. These Regulations may be called the Foreign Exchange Management (Foreign Exchange Derivative Contracts) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2020. ii. These regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
