Government of India, in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, has decided to issue Sovereign Gold Bonds. The Sovereign Gold Bonds will be issued in six tranches from May 2021 to September 2021 as per the calendar specified below:
Competent Authority, after consideration of the requests received from various quarters for postponement of the Advocates-on-Record Examination, 2021 and for ensuring the safety and well-being of the candidates and the examination functionaries, has been pleased to postpone the AOR Examination which was scheduled to be held from 8th to 11th June, 2021. The fresh dates for the said Examination shall be intimated in due course.

If the CEO/MD/WTDs is one of the promoters / investors or directly related to the promoters, then the same will be governed by the provisions of SEBI (Issue of Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2002 as amended from time to time except those relating to pricing of shares. The manner of pricing of shares shall be disclosed upfront to the Authority. ii. In other cases, the same will be governed by the SEBI’s ESOP guidelines
