CBDT has vide Notification No. 32/2019-Income Tax Dated 01/04/2019 released Form Sahaj (ITR-1), Form ITR-2, Form ITR-3, Form Sugam (ITR-4), Form ITR-5, Form ITR-6, Form ITR-7 and Form ITR-V. This post provide links to download such ITR and who can file such ITR.

    Individuals having total income ₹ 8 lakh from Salary + ₹ 25,000/- from Agriculture in the F.Year 2019-20 . Which form is applicable to file the ITR.

    CAN WE SIMPLY GIVE THE PRESENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, IF THERE IS A CHANGE IN ADDRESS? I have come to Chennai from Madurai and residing in my own house (owned by my.wife)

    In ITR 2 for AY 2019-20 in the TDS sheet (Item 22) it is mandatory to indicate the salary income and corresponding TDS (if any). If an individual did not have any salary income in FY 2018-19, but had income from bank interest for which TDS was deducted (and no other source of income), how is this TDS refund to be claimed? In the previous year in similar cases ITR 2 form was used where it was not mandatory to indicate the salary income. Kindly advise / guide.

    Individuals having total income below Rs 50 Lacs ( Salary + Capital Gain Loss i.e. on sale or purchases of Shares / Mutual Funds ) . Which form is applicable
