    If a person of Indian origin has received salary for work outside India from a foreign company and his stay outside India is for 95 days only during FY 24-25. Salary received out of India in foreign currency. Whether this salary income will be taxable in India? He has also paid tax in UK. Whether such tax is deductible if salary received out of India for services provided out of India and the company is also foreign company
