The President of India is pleased to promote following officers of Indian Revenue Service (Customs & Central Excise) to the grade of Commissioner of Customs, CGST & Central Excise in the Pay scale of Rs. 37,400-67,000/ with Grade Pay of Rs. 10,000/- (pre-revised) for the panel years mentioned against their names w.e.f. the date of assumption of the charge of the post and until further orders:-

2. The promotion of officers who are presently on deputation outside department or on Study leave, namely, Shri Vashishtha Chaudhary (Sr. No. 13), Shri Sonal Bajaj (Sr. No. 22), Shri Pai Giridhar Gopalkrishnan (Sr. No. 42), Shri Manish Mani Tiwari (Sr. No. 44), Shri Rahul Ramesh Nangare (Sr. No. 51), Shri Maneesh Kumar (Sr. No. 57), Shri Rishi Goel (Sr. No. 66), Shri Pankaj Haribhau Bodkhe (Sr. No. 72), Shri Rajesh F. Dhabre (Sr. No. 74), Shri Praduymn Kumar Tripathi (Sr. No. 82), Shri Shobhit Jain (Sr. No. 83), Ms. Gohil Vrindaba Laxmansinh (Sr. 87), Shri Kunduru S. V. V. Prasad (Sr. No. 89), Shri Dinesh K. Chakravarthy (Sr. No. 90), Shri Satyendra Mathuria (Sr. No. 92) and Shri T.V. Ravi (Sr. No. 93), shall take effect only after they repatriate to the cadre and report to the Board for joining the promotional post.

3. Consequent upon promotion of the above mentioned officers (including Ms. Diptasri Barma Arora & Shri D. Anil, who have been promoted vide Office Order No 153/2019 dated 11.2019 on in-situ basis), to the grade of Commissioner of Customs, CGST & CX and keeping in view the administrative exigencies, the following officers are hereby ordered, with the approval of the competent authority, to be posted against the post mentioned against their name with immediate effect and until further orders:-

5. The officers mentioned above shall be relieved immediately and must join at their new place of posting on or before 06.12.2019, under intimation to the Board. No representation whatsoever shall be entertained before they join at their new place of posting.

6. The Pr. Chief Commissioners/Pr. Directors General/Chief Commissioners/ Directors General concerned shall send the compliance reports regarding relieving and joining of the above officers to the Board [with a copy endorsed to ADG (HRM-II), DGHRD] by 10.12.2019.

7. All representations received till date regarding transfer/posting in the grades of Pr. Commissioner / Commissioner of Customs, CGST and Central Excise stand disposed off.
