Tender for Appointment of Chartered Accountant firm for undertaking a GST Audit of the GST registration and filing Forms GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C for FY 2018-19.
Reserve Bank of India, Kanpur (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites tenders under Two-stage Bid (Technical & Financial Bid) for Appointment of Chartered Accountant firm for undertaking a GST Audit of the GST registration and filing Forms GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C for FY 2018-19 for Reserve Bank of India, Kanpur (Kanpur and Lucknow office).
The appointment of the Chartered Accountant firm will be for a period of one year initially. Subsequently, the same will be renewed for second and third year subject to annual review of the firm performance by the office.
The applicants should submit their proposal, as per the instructions of the Tender, along with all supporting documents complete in all respects as per the prescribed format on or before 12:00 pm on 24/02/2020.
The Part-I (Technical Bid) sealed envelope will be opened on 24/02/2020 at 03:30 pm. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein.
The Part-II (Financial Bid) of only those bidders, who have been short-listed in first stage will be opened within 90 days of opening of part I -Technical Bid. The bidders, who have been short-listed, will be intimated regarding date and time of opening the financial bids.
