What is “Mera Bill Mera Adhikaar”?
“Mera Bill Mera Adhikaar” is a scheme designed to give consumers the right to their bill, ensuring that every transaction in the GST system is transparent and accountable. Introduced by the government and backed by GSTN, it comes with a dedicated mobile application and web portal.
Regions of Implementation:
Beginning on 1st September 2023, the scheme will initially roll out in the States of Gujarat, Assam, and Haryana and the Union Territories of Puducherry, Daman & Diu, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.

Dear Consumers /users,
1. As per the direction from the Government, the GSTN has developed and launched a mobile application (available on iOS and Android platforms) and also a web portal for the “Mera Bill Mera Adhikaar” scheme.
2. This scheme will be implemented from 1st September, 2023 initially in the States of Gujarat, Assam, Haryana and UTs of Puducherry and Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli, as per the policy decision of the Government.
3. Mobile Application and Web Portal:
- The mobile application is available for download on both iOS and Android platforms and links are given below.
