Similarly GSTR 6 Returns in respect of GST Registration obtained fo Distrubution of Input Tax Credit also cannot be uploaded and file online returns due to technical reasons from July 17 to April 18 till date inspite of several requests and posted our grevances in the GST Portal.
Can the authorities resolve this issue or extend the date for filing these returns from July 17 to April 18 on or before 31.05.2018 to futher one more months?

  3. TARUN KUMAR MOHARANA says:

2 days time is not sufficient for tax practitioner as the problems was started 5/6 days back. Irresponsible person are sitting there who don’t have common sense offering two days grace to dealer. Last month Govt has collected lot of penalty for 7 days when the the technical problem was started from mid night of 20th April and was continued for 7/8 days . So Govt/Council should reconsidered.

    Dear Sir,
Why cont The CBDT not extending time for filing IT returns for the Financial years 2015-16 and 2016-17
The business men whos TO exceeds 1.5 cr might have filed the IT Returns for the said financial years with in due date. Still many business people yet to file their IT returns for the said years. Hence better if CBDT extends time for filing IT returns for the above financial years
