Objective It is a board concept in which the organizations attract, select, train, assess and reward of the employees. It is a narrower concept which includes the competencies, creativity, knowledge, personal and professional skills of the employees.
Focus To achieve the goals and objectives of the organization by taking the right work from all the employees. To value all the employees as an investment by providing adequate skills and training in the organization.
Examples Pay roll, Employee Conflict, Employee Handbook and manuals . Education, Training, Intelligence, Skills, Health etc.

Human capital is how people contribute to growth. It is about allowing the individual to influence more.
