Any Enterprise shall be classified as Micro,Small or medium if the following criteria
Investments in plant and Machinery up to One Crore and turnover up to 5 crores is Micro
Up to 10 Crores is and turnover is up to 50 crores is Small
Up to 50 Crores is and turnover is up to 250 crores is medium
To register under MSME/UDYAM

Select the “For New Entrepreneurs who are not Registered yet as MSME”
1. Aadhar Verification
The first step is to validate the Aadhar Number and the Name as in Aadhar card of the applicant. The applicant should be the primary and authorised signatory of the organization.
Once Details are submitted and VALIDATE & GENERATE OTP button is clicked, An OTP will be sent to the mobile number registered with Aadhar Card which has to be submitted and validated
2.PAN Verification
The second step is to validate PAN and provide details of whether ITR is filed of the PY Year and is there any GST Registration.
3.Applicant Details
Name of Applicant, Category of Applicant, Address, Mobile Number and E-Mail ID
4.Organisation Details
Name of the Enterprise, Address of the Enterprise, Name of Plant and Address of Plant
5.Other Details
Turnover during PY ,WDV Of plant ,R&D Expenses, Number of Employees,
Description of NIC Codes
Selection as Manufacturer or Service Provider
Select 2Digit,4Digit,5Digit NIC codes on basis of Nature of Business.
6.Submission and OTP
Generally it takes 2-3 Working days for Generation of Certificate
