Execution of eviction decree can proceed against one of legal heirs of deceased tenant because all legal heirs are joint tenants and not tenants in common

Since the impugned orders in both the writ petitions have been passed by the Executing Court, which is executing similar decree of eviction against the same tenant and the issues are common, both the writ petitions are decided by this Common order. 2.
