How to Search Companies/Directors under Prosecution Under Companies Act, 1956?
MCA has recently added a facility under which a user can search the name of the Company or Directors on which prosecution is going on under the Companies Act, 1956.
MCA has enabled following options on its website :-
1. Search based on existing company name :- When you search using this facility it will Provides the following details of the Company under prosecution :-
- Company CIN/FCRN
- Company Name
- Charges Registered
- Signatories of the Company
- Name of the Officer in Default
- Court Name
- Prosecution Section
- Date Of Order for Prosecution
- Status of The Prosecution Launched
2. Search based on Director name – You can check the name of the Directors on which prosecution been launched under the Companies Act, 1956 and status of the same.
3. List of Companies/Director’s under prosecution :- Under this option you can download the list of total Companies & Directors on which prosecution been launched under the Companies Act,1956.
