Effective from June 1, 2024, the schedule of fees for the CS (Company Secretary) course has been updated. The CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) registration fee is Rs. 2000 per student, with optional advance fees for CSEET classes at Rs. 1000. Concessions on CSEET registration fees are available for various categories: 50% for SC/ST students, physically handicapped students, and students from specific regions; 75% for ICSI staff and their wards/spouses; and 100% for certain government officials and students from the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. The Executive Programme fees vary based on the student’s qualifications, with a total of Rs. 17000 for those who have passed CSEET or the CS Foundation Programme, and Rs. 22000 for graduates, postgraduates, and those who have completed the final course of ICAI or ICMAI.
For the Professional Programme, students need to pay Rs. 20000 after passing the CS Executive Programme. The fee for registration de novo, re-registration, and continuation of registration ranges from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 3000 depending on the specific requirements. Examination fees for the Executive Programme are Rs. 1500 per group and Rs. 1800 per group for the Professional Programme, with additional fees for late submission and other changes. Various post-registration services such as name changes, photograph updates, and paper-wise exemptions have specific fees. There are also significant concessions in fees for registration and examinations for SC/ST, physically handicapped individuals, certain government officials, military personnel, and students from specific regions, with some categories receiving up to 100% fee waiver.
