The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has extended its 75% concession on registration fees for CA students from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and eight North-Eastern states until March 31, 2028. This concession applies to all levels of the Chartered Accountancy course—Foundation, Intermediate, and Final. Under the scheme, eligible students will pay ₹2,250 for Foundation, ₹4,500 for Intermediate, and ₹5,500 for Final registration instead of the full fees. Other fees remain payable as applicable. To avail of the concession, students must provide a domicile or permanent resident certificate along with identity proof such as an Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, driving license, or ration card.

Sub: Renewal of 75% Concession in Registration Course Fee for all levels of CA Courses for the Candidates/ Students from Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and for 8 North-Easter States.

Candidates/Students from Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and 8 North-East States, namely, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura may note that the scheme of concession of 75% fee for the students registering from these Union Territories and States for all levels of CA Course i.e. Foundation, Intermediate and Final extended till 31st March 2028.

The following fee needs to be paid by the above categories of students: –

The said concession will be permissible for the candidates/students who will be enrolling till 31st March, 2028. Please note that all other fees except the concession in registration fee mentioned above will have to be paid by the beneficiary student.

Candidates/Students would need to upload domicile certificate/ permanent resident certificate, proof of identity like Adhaar card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, and Ration Card for availing the fee concession.
