ICAI Clarification on the use of CA Logo – (26-10-2015)
Pursuant to the issue of Announcement dt. 29.08.2015 pertaining to “Clarifications on some commonly asked queries pertaining to elected representatives of ICAI and the general members of ICAI”, it has come to our knowledge that some members are expressing doubts on whether ICAI has prohibited the use of CA Logo by the members.
Accordingly, it is clarified that the common CA Logo 
[i.e. letters CA with a tick mark (upside down) inside a rounded triangle with white background]is permissible to be used by the members, and there is no change with regard to it.
The announcement dt. 29.08.2015 only sought to clarify that the ICAI Emblem 
[i.e. “Garuda” with “Ya Aeshu Suptaeshu jagruti” ] cannot be used on standalone basis, except for its incidental appearance in the background in a picture/banner.
The members may take note of this position and act accordingly.
